At Time Gold GmbH, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized, engraved, resized, or specially ordered items are non-refundable. This includes bespoke jewelry and modified pieces.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of repairs, restoration services, or valuation reports, fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
